Saturday March 26th Fourballs

We have a full field of 32 for the 2-man scramble. With two extra foursomes, our first group will go out at 8:36

Handicaps for the teams will be calculated upon my receiving the handicaps from Thierry, who is starting the season on the DL after undergoing a hip replacement this Winter. We will be hopefully seeing him again on the course in late April as he continues rehab.
The greens and entry fee come to $64.  Pat Lafferty will be happy to receive your annual dues check at this event also ($200).
The teams  and groups are as follows, with the only certainty being the first group. Everything else is predicated on when your group is ready to go up to the tee and play.
Since it is a scramble, we will play the blue tees….there will be three closest to the pins in lieu of a LD.  First place and second place team prizes

Two- man Scramble, 8:40 Saturday March 26 Split Rock

Guys, it’s time to get out and work on the short game. Our first tournament of the year (the Bill Marshall Invitational), will be held next Saturday morning at Split Rock. So please sign up to make your annual donation to the Marshall -Bennet team by Wednesday evening. This is a hard deadline as SR wants firm numbers by 8AM two days prior to our events. If you don’t have a partner, don’t worry, there will be plenty of singles. We only have 24 spots reserved and the long range forecast is for temperatures near 60…thanks , Jim

2016 President Joe Stapleton has not yet completed the technology training for the position and has asked me to pass on the following message:
