Procedures

All meetings of the organization and the Board of Governors shall be conducted under the procedures outlined in “Robert’s Rules of Parliamentary Procedure”, as revised.

Quorum for Purpose of Business

A quorum of the membership shall consist of ten members present and voting; a quorum of the Board of Governors shall consist of five members present and voting
