There will be a meeting of the Woodlawn Golf Club on Wednesday, January 15th at 8:00 PM. The meeting will be held at The Aqueduct at 4277 Katonah Avenue in Woodlawn.

You should have received an email notice this evening about the meeting. If you did not, email j.omeara@inneradv.com and you will be added to the email list.

Here is a guideline price for the group of 16 gents doing a southwest golf trip.

The Southwest will incorporate following courses

Lahinch

Doonbeg

Ballybunion

Tralee

Dooks

Waterville

Old Head of Kinsale

For a 7 day trip the price per person would be $3,700.00

For a 5 day trip the Price per person would be $2,700.00

This would include all golf fees,hotels (4star standard) and luxury coach for duration of trip.

We would most likely stay in Killarney,Kinsale and Doonbeg/Lahinch,depending on availability.

Caddies and buggys are extra and payable at the courses.

I can’t stress enough how important it is to get immediate commitment from the guys.

Golf at the various courses is booking fast and for a large group like this we need to get moving on the golf in particular.

Former Woodlawn Golf Club member Dennis McNamara has written a memoir – available in the U.S. in e-book format through Amazon. Many former and current members of the club are mentioned throughout the story. Check it out if you get the opportunity.

Our Annual Award Dinner is scheduled for Saturday night, November 23rd. Members are entitled to attend free of charge (part of membership fee) and are encouraged to bring one or more guests.
